How do I make updates to my website?

Our plans include unlimited updates, so you can let us know what you want to change, and we’ll make it happen. If you prefer to make changes yourself, simply login to your administrator account on your website, click edit on the section you want to tweak, make your change, and click update! It’s that simple! Please note that while we do keep backups of your site, if you make a mistake and can’t fix it, there could be a service fee associated with restoring your site to normal. Normally this can be done within 24 hours.

What do I do if my website is down?

Our hosting boasts a 99.99% uptime for your website, but brief outages happen to everyone from time to time. You can let us know here.

Is there a guarantee?

Absolutely! 🙂 We guarantee that you’ll LOVE your website. If for some reason you decide that you’re not happy with the finished product, you can cancel your plan at any time and will not be charged again.
